Responsibilities:
- To oversee the management and HR of all staff, as well as the overall day to day operations of the Athletics Centres including but not limited to Office, Staff and Operations.
- To manage the day -to -day operations relating to direct and indirect programs and Athlete – Coach requirements across the Centres.
- To coordinate the development and implementation of systems and procedures to ensure the Centre exhibits the highest standards of operations and safety.
- To oversee daily operations of the different business verticals and work of executives (Sporting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, etc.)
- To liaison and coordinate with various stakeholders like coaches, Athletes, managers other staff for the smooth run of the Centres.
- To understand the sports ecosystem, markets, meet potential partners and identify decision makers in the partner organizations.
- To lead employees to maximize performance and evaluate by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by DSYS officials.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant subject with 10+ years’ experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in senior management decision making roles with P&L responsibility, having led a Team in achieving corporate goals and growing the business; and
- Prior work experience in Sports would be an added advantage.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sports Administration at decision making role.
Masters in Business Administration or related education qualification.
